Helper Robot Sculpture using Found Materials

Here the children have made a sculpture of the Helper Robot they designed in an earlier activity. The children were encouraged to go beyond the norm and create their own unique and original helper robots rather than restricting themselves to the popular robots. Children first collect few materials that is found around them like plastic bottles, reusables, cardboard boxes, paper cups and others. Then based on the sketch from the earlier activity, they create a sculpture of the robot. This activity helps children to develop skills like problem solving, creative thinking.
